Gilman International Scholarship

A US Department of State supported scholarship intended to provide funding opportunities for study abroad for students demonstrating financial need.
Awards range up to $5,000.00 depending on the length of the student's program.

Eligibility:

*

must be a citizen of the United States.

*

must be an undergraduate student in good standing at an institution of higher education in the United States (including both two-year and four-year institutions).

*

must be applying to or has been accepted for up to one academic year of study on a program of study abroad approved for credit by the student's home institution.
must be receiving need-based student assistance from the federal government under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965. Title IV student financial aid includes Pell Grants, Federal Work-Study, Stafford Loans, Perkins Loans, and Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants.
