E. Program Development Opportunities in International Education

Tarleton State University is a member of the Texas International Education Consortium (TIEC).

The Consortium Office maintains a comprehensive database of program development and opportunities in international education by tracking reports on the status of projects in the lending of pipelines of the World Bank and the international regional development banks, from the point of identification of a project to the signing of the loan or credit agreement. Most of the development projects may potentially involve loans to individual countries ranging from 10 to 100 million dollars. Contracts to individual service providers such as the Texas International Education Consortium (TIEC) may range in size up to several million dollars.
