C. Negotiation to establish a New Study Abroad Program

1. The President of Tarleton State University or his representative will be actively involved in negotiations for the establishment of any new programs for any college, department or University-wide agreement between TSU and foreign institutions or organization.

2. All written agreements are filed in the office of the President, the Provost and the International Studies Office (OIS)
