When order is placed you will receive
an e-mail or phone call to inform you of your shipping cost to add to
your total. Shipping cost may vary according to each order. Therefore,
we would like to pass any savings onto our customers instead of charging
one flat rate.
You will receive your order via USPS (United States Postal Service)
or UPS (United Parcel Services). Rest assured that when you place your
order, quality customer service is our first priority.
Preparation time to process an order is 3-5 business days, except during
holidays (from Sept. to Dec.) when preparation may take up to 5-10 business
days. If at any time you would like to know the status of your order,

merchandise does arrive damaged/broken. In cases such as these, notify
us immediately so we can make arrangements to have merchandise shipped
back and replaced.
All orders are final after 24 hrs. If you wish to cancel your order
after the final transaction has been made you will be assessed a 10%
restocking fee.
